Laura Wikinson (USA)
On her performance:
"I thought it went OK and I had a lot of fun. I love this sport and still have the passion to compete. I am excited to be here.'
On her two highest-scoring dives:
"They were both pretty hard but I actually messed up on my easiest dive.'
On her past injuries:
"I was actually surprised that they didn't affect me today. My body is still in one piece."
On her future plans:
"That's a hard question, but I think I would have to say becoming a mom."
Emilie Heymans (CAN)
On her perforrnance:
"It was good for the preliminaries."
On her low-scoring second dive:
"I started off a little slow, which led to me landing short and my twists being slowed down."
On the competition:
"I was trying to focus on my own dives, so I didn't really pay attention to anybody else"
On her advantages:
"One advantage I have is my height, which may lead to some of my dives looking better to the Judges."
